curiosity killed the skitty (ao3 / podfic)
There has never been a confirmed victreebel sighting in the wild. I feel like I’ve heard about plenty of expeditions heading out into the forests just south of Lavender Town, where colonies of bellsprout and weepinbell are known to congregate, but it seems none have actually published their findings, strangely enough, or none that I’ve been able to find, at least… I don’t know, I just find it very suspicious, and so, here I am, doing the next best thing: visiting the globally renown plant specialist herself, Erika.
"We hope to see you again!" (ao3 / podfic)
Ah, there’s never a quiet day at the PokéCenter. Chanseys bustle back and forth from patient to patient, offering small cups of pills and fluffing pillows, while nurses attend to more serious injuries or cook for weary travelers, as usual. There is, however, one thing setting today apart from every other: there’s a new nurse in training. Let’s check in on her, shall we?
totally legitimate cleaning service (ao3 / podfic)
The fellas back at the Hideout don't believe me when I say this, but I really don't hate being on muk duty. Take for instance, this one day last week…

These were written for the PokéPod Project on Dreamwidth. The basic idea is that people write or narrate a short story (or three, in my case) about an assigned Pokémon from the original 151, and they all come together in a cute little set. It's unfortunate that the Internet Archive is still down, because that's where most of the audios were hosted, but it's still a very cute, fun idea!
The Chansey one kinda got me... I was watching some episodes of the original anime for inspiration, and I really love the character of Chansey, but I think the appeal is mostly a slapstick, sight gag sort of thing, which is difficult to capture in writing (for me, at least). Also, sorry, I just really like botanical horror, lol.
