Lapin's character Joan. I love Jeanne d'Arc, I love mice, I love ladies in armor, incredible combo all around! As you can probably guess, the pose & composition is based off Albert Lynch's painting of her. <3

Some of Judithan's Elemonsters. There were a lot of really great designs to choose from, but I thought it'd be cute to do a little aquarium-y scene.

Luxub's Camille & Isabelle. I love their Rose of Versailles-vibes so much <33. Honestly, I might end up drawing another piece of fanart for them before the month is over...

Arachne's 'Lil S. She was so cute, I wanted to try and needlefelt her! ...I realized too late that I didn't really have enough of the right golden brown color of wool, though, oops. Her hat is made from a scrap of fuzzy sock and the seeds are French knots.

everlastingtruelove's raspberry. Aaah, she's so cute -- gotta love the old school twin drills! I ended up looking at a bunch of photos of ice skaters as references, particularly Yuna Kim. She makes a lot of crazy unbalanced, dramatic poses and the ways that she uses her arms / hands / etc to frame her face is really visually interesting, too. (She also just really pretty, aah.) Like, please watch this, omg.

RabidRat1's sea slugs. I've been a little obsessed with sea slugs recently and happened to find these fellas -- the idea of slug but cat just makes me so happy! <3 Also, the coral reef in the background kinda killed me a little bit, but I think it turned out fine enough in the end.

Hakispend's drider, Cobitha. I just think driders are really cool, so I wanted to squeeze one in before the end of the month. ^^

Capy / hardmachine's character, Sparkler. Her fashion style stood out to me and I really wanted to draw this outfit in particular!

Arachne / strawberryreverie's character, Iris. I really love her forest guardian vibe; made me think of a nymph-y / classical sort of thing, so I drew her like a classical statue.

Sephiria's character, Silvery SnowStar. Half traditional, half digital. Definitely had to break out the glitter gel pens for this one! I originally had a lighter background, but changed it at the last second -- now I'm wondering if less contrast would fit the vibe better?

Cafecat's traveling baker. There's not much information up about them, but I just thought it was a cute design. It wasn't until after I posted it that I realized they might be a cat, rather than a dog? I'm really not sure, rip, but I think the painting came out really well, actually! Especially since this was my first real attempt at drawing an anthro sort of character, even if it might be the wrong species...

Milky belongs to Lapin, of course! Such a cutie!

One of zyuna's sets of dessert hamsters. They made me think of a bobsledding team for some reason and it kinda just snowballed from there.
